Additional Information
I am a second-year Media and Performance Production student with a love for film and drama. I was born in Kingston, Ontario but moved to London, Ontario at a young age. Throughout elementary school and high school, I participated in theatre. This prompted me to be drawn to Queen’s because of its amazing reputation, The Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts, and the Arts and Sciences general first year. The general first year provided me with an opportunity to explore various areas of Arts and discover which subjects I am the most passionate about. When choosing amongst universities, the Queen’s campus and culture was a large factor in my decision-making process. I remember touring the Queen’s campus in grade 11 and instantly feeling comfortable and at home. The beautiful Queen’s buildings which overlook Lake Ontario took my breath away. Luckily, I knew some friends who were currently at Queen’s, and I had the chance to speak to them, which gave me clarity. They spoke so highly of the school and their personal experiences that I knew Queen’s was the place for me! I am so happy to be a part of this amazing community.
