Fondest Queen's Memory: What has made my Queen’s days unforgettable is what my Father (ArtSci ’53) told me would be special: the creation of lifelong relationships…some, friends who have played a role in shaping my life and career; some who are friends forever; many who are acquaintances who will always be in my memories.  I now understand and appreciate the wisdom of my Father’s words.

About David: Among the most recognized and respected opinion leaders in North American brand management, David is the Founder and Managing Partner of Level5 Strategy, one of Canada’s leading strategic brand consultancies, and author of “The Value of a Promise Consistently Kept™.”

Previously, David was CMO at Corus Entertainment and helped set their corporate vision, values and positioning. Before Corus, he was SVP of Marketing and Strategic Planning at Labatt Breweries of Canada leading their U.S., Mexico and Dominican Republic expansion with successful brand launches for Budweiser, Stella Artois and Keith’s. His career began at General Foods and American Express.

David frequently presents at conferences and leading Canadian business schools and serves as Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University. In 2013, he was inducted into the American Marketing Association’s “Marketing Hall of Legends.”
